Cleaning

Wash any new Tervis product before using it for the first time.

Not Dishwasher Safe

Never put your Stainless Steel Cup in a dishwasher, microwave, stove or freezer as harsh temperatures could disable the insulation properties.

Chemicals

Never use bleach- or chlorine-based cleaners to wash your Stainless Steel Cup.

Preserve Printed Decoration

Do not soak Stainless Steel product. Do not use abrasive sponges or scouring pads when cleaning as they could scratch the steel and Design by Tervis. We recommend a good-old fashioned soft sponge, mild dish detergent and a little elbow grease.
