The flirty frill shape of the skirt is so cute.
Made of super soft pure cotton, and it has a wide cotton/spandex waistband, which flattens the tummy. Wear the waistband up to flatten the tummy or fold over to wear on the hips. Either way you can use the waistband to adjust the overall length of the skirt, if you find getting the right skirt length difficult.
